GUMPTION. Labyrinth. SERENDIPITY. OBTUSE. Bungalow. DOOZY.

Are just a few of my favourite words. Why do I have a list of favourite words? Well why not? I find it kind of fun.

In fact, words give me a disproportionate amount of fun. It’s the same feeling I get from putting a knife in the right slot in the knife block on the first go. Or not stepping on any of the cracks when I walk on the pavement.

It’s not about what the words mean. It’s about the way that they sound in my head when I read them, and the way that they feel in my mouth when I say them. It’s almost like you could chew on them. Could put them in a smoothie to thicken it up.

What I’m trying to say is that I like words. A lot. And luckily for me, I’ve been able to use words to create all sorts of weird and wonderful work that’s moved people, perspectives and sales graphs throughout my short career. Work that’s also been recognised at a variety of local and international award shows including Cannes, Caples and AWARD. In 2025, I was a finalist at Cannes Young Lions, and represented Australia at Creative LIAisons in Las Vegas.
